It determines what you see, what you're offered, and which opportunities reach you. Most people moving through it have no map. Most organisations deploying it handed over the compass without realising it.

AI Ethics & Governance: Organisations deploying AI need more than compliance. They need a clear position on what they stand for and the frameworks to live by it. We work with leadership teams to define AI values, align corporate culture, and communicate those commitments honestly, internally and publicly.
AI Diagnosis: Most organisations don't fully understand what their AI is doing. We assess it before deployment and audit it after. Independent, documented, and written to be understood by non-technical leadership, not just the IT team.
Human-Centred Technology: We build solutions that start with people. Our first project is a job platform leveraged by AI designed to serve the person looking for work, with full transparency on how matching works and no algorithmic black boxes.

Conviction without evidence is just opinion. Our first product was a job platform built for people looking for work in a niche sector. Not for recruiters managing throughput. Not for algorithms optimising fill rates.
The principle was simple. Every person using this platform deserves to know how they are being matched, why certain opportunities reach them, and what they can do if the result doesn't fit their reality.
That is the opposite of how most hiring technology works today.

It is public, signed, and designed to be read by anyone who wants to hold us accountable. We are signatories to the International Charter for Inclusive AI, supported by Arborus and Orange. We measure our work against it. We update our practice when we fall short.
