About the Opportunity

Tricore Tech is launching in Perth to solve a real, growing problem: document chaos, inefficient systems, and manual processes creating compliance risk and wasted time.

We are building a boutique, human-centred, digital scale consultancy combining:

  • OCR & data activation

  • Custom ERP solutions

  • Practical AI integration

  • AI ethics & Australian compliance governance

We’re looking for a commercial partner to help build our client base and shape our go-to-market strategy from day one.

This role is open to experienced sellers and junior profiles with strong commercial drive and ambition.


Your Role

You will help build the commercial engine of Tricore Tech.

Depending on your experience level, you will:

  • Analyse the Perth / WA market and identify high-potential target clients

  • Engage compliance-heavy industries (healthcare, legal, manufacturing, construction, resources & energy, professional services)

  • Lead or support the full sales cycle: discovery → proposal → negotiation → close

  • Work closely with the founding team to shape offers, pricing, messaging, and positioning

  • Turn real market feedback into sharper commercial strategy

  • Build long-term client relationships, not one-off deals


This is not a support role. You’ll have real ownership, influence, and upside.


Who This Is For

We welcome two types of profiles:

Experienced Commercial / Sales Professionals

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience (tech, software, consulting, professional services)

  • Existing WA networks or strong relationship-building capability

  • Comfortable operating autonomously and strategically

Junior / Early-Career Profiles with Commercial Hunger

  • Sales, commerce, business or marketing degree (or equivalent)

  • Strong curiosity about technology, AI, and business transformation

  • Confident communicator willing to learn consultative / solution selling

  • High energy, disciplined, coachable, and motivated by performance-based rewards

What You’ll Learn & Develop (Especially for Juniors)

  • Enterprise discovery conversations with C-suite and decision-makers

  • Solution selling (not product pitching)

  • How ERP, OCR, AI and compliance actually work in real businesses

  • Proposal writing, ROI storytelling, and negotiation

  • How to build a commercial practice from scratch with founders mentoring you


Must Have

  • Strong interest in business development and commercial strategy

  • Ability to communicate clearly and credibly with clients

  • Curiosity about digital transformation, AI, and automation

  • Self-discipline and comfort with a performance-based structure

  • Ethical mindset,  we don’t oversell or cut corners

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to ERP, OCR, document management, or digital transformation

  • Understanding of compliance environments

  • Existing WA industry relationships

  • Experience with consultative or solution selling


Partnership & Remuneration

This is a fee-based partnership, not a salaried role.

Structure is flexible and profile-dependent:

  • Base retainer (scaled to experience)

  • Performance-based fees on closed deals

  • Equity consideration for long-term, high-impact partners

Junior profiles:

  • Lower base retainer

  • Higher performance upside

  • Mentorship from experienced founders

  • Equity discussion after demonstrated results
